My baby and I loved going to Gail’s ‘Baby Yoga’ class each week. Gail is a warm and welcoming instructor, and we still do many of the songs and actions at home. Highly recommend for a lovely couple of hours with your baby and other mums:)

I completed my infant massage training with Gail in March 2026, and she was an exceptional teacher. The two days of training were both highly informative and enjoyable. Gail covered an incredible amount of content, and I learned so much in such a short period of time.

Her passion for infant massage is clear and inspiring, which made the experience even more valuable. She was also very responsive and supportive with any questions I had after the course, which I greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Gail — I’m looking forward to attending more training with you in the future.

Hands down my baby's favourite activity we've done during my maternity leave! Gail creates such a welcoming, warm relaxing fun environment, anything goes and no pressure to do anything. My little guy loves all the bouncing and dancing around so much and now we do it at home too. Also definitely made me feel much more confident being active and moving with my baby and doing different holds etc as a first time mam! I just always know we are going to have fun. Gail is very flexible also and I have brought my husband a few times to share in the fun. Been a great way to meet other mams and a safe place for the babies to interact or just stare at eachother. The coffee and treats after are a great bonus. I would reccomend to any mams just a brilliant class. Thanks Gail

I attended Gail’s classes for around 18 months before and after the arrival of my second baby. I went to pregnancy yoga, then infant massage after my baby was born, then baby yoga. Every one of the courses was truly wonderful. With my first baby, I attended similar courses delivered by others, and there was just no comparison. Gail from Complete Harmony created the most incredible safe space. Aside from her amazing knowledge and excellent classes themselves, the environment was just wonderful. She welcomed all of us, created a space where we could confide, feel connected, and just share the pre- and post-partum experiences. It dispelled any isolation, facilitated the development of lasting friendships, and just let us all have time and space to ourselves with other mums who understood! Even though I was with other mums with my first child with other companies, Gail’s was just different. She just has this ‘way’. Genuinely heard us, no judgement, was both child and mother centred, let just ‘be’, and created some great laughs too! Not to mention her expertise is just second to none. I really miss the classes, and if I have any more children, I will be back banging on her door again! Thank you so much, Gail. You don’t know the impact you have had ♥️♥️♥️

I tried a couple of different prenatal yoga classes in Dublin before finding the Complete Harmony classes run by Gail and they are by far the best. The setting is lovely, Gail always has the mats and cushions set out ahead of the class, and she creates a lovely friendly atmosphere. She starts the class with a conversation between all the ladies and I've found that so helpful to pick up useful tips from other moms-to-be. The location is also very accessible to Windy Arbour Luas and there's ample parking on site if you're driving.
